Throughout my career I have always been focused on the ‘people side of business’ and have been sought after as someone who is competent in handling challenging situations and bringing them to a successful conclusion, whether on an individual, group or organisational basis. I am seen as a “darn good operator” – being analytical and practical, but also grounded with warmth, humour and common-sense. I believe in being honest and up-front and I work hard to deliver on those strategies. I am unafraid to think outside the square and will also diplomatically challenge assumptions or inconsistencies.
One of my key skills is my ability to quickly assimilate to any given situation and achieve results. I firmly believe that visionary leadership, clear communications and positive attitudinal and behavioural shift will result in productive change and strategic growth – a proverbial ‘win-win’.
